Robin Gard
Robin Gard has been a resident or property owner in Larimer County since 1979. Robin was a member of the Libraries Yes! Steering Committee and worked extensively for the passage of the ballot initiative that created the newly formed Fort Collins Regional Library District. For eight years, Robin was a city of Fort Collins 911 dispatcher before her family moved aboard a sailboat based out of Florida and the Bahamas. With her husband Mike she home-schooled their son from 2nd grade through high school. Robin volunteered as a librarian at the Cottonwood Plains school library during the 2004-05 school year.
Robin earned her bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Oregon before moving to Larimer County.
